SS Rajamouli is currently in Canada attending the Toronto International Film Festival, 2022 (TIFF). After the worldwide success of his latest film RRR, the filmmaker was invited to the TIFF be part of the 'Visionaries' segment.

While interacting at the event, Rajamouli spilled exciting details about his next film with Mahesh Babu. He revealed that it will be a globetrotting action adventure film. "It’s going to be a kind of James Bond or Indiana Jones film with Indian roots." The director is currently working on its pre-production and is planning to begin shoot next year.

Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu is busy shooting for his new film with Trivikram Srinivas. Tentatively titled SSMB 28, its shoot is expected to be wrapped the end of February. After its completion, the actor will start preparing himself for Rajamouli’s film.
