Satya Dev and Tamannaah's Gurtunda Seethakalam to have a December release 

Gurtunda Seethakalam, the upcoming Telugu film starring Satya Dev and Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles, is set to hit the big screens on December 9, the makers announced on social media.

Earlier, slated for a September 23 release, the film faced multiple changes in the release plans. 

Directed by Nagashekar Rachaiah, the film is backed by his banner Nagashekar Movies and Manikanta Entertainments, in association with Srivedakshara Films. The filmmaker, who has helmed films in Kannada, is making his debut in Telugu with Gurtunda Seethakalam.

Expected to be a romantic drama, Gurtunda Seethakalam is inspired by the 2020 Kannada film Love Mocktail. Besides Satya Dev and Tamannaah, the film also stars Megha Akash and Kavya Shetty in pivotal roles.

Gurtunda Seethakalam has music by Kaala Bhairava, and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswar Rao. It is shot by Satya Hegde.

Meanwhile, Satya Dev, who was last seen in Ram Setu has the Telugu films Full Bottle and Krishnamma in the making. On the other hand, Tamannaah will next be seen in Bhola Shankar alongside Chiranjeevi.
