Samantha will be playing the titular role and the actor has dubbed for herself in both Telugu and Tamil. Recently, the actor had revealed that she has been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis. However, that did not stop Samantha from performing some action sequences for the film. The makers had released the behind the scenes footage of the film where the actor is seen getting trained by action coordinator Yannick Ben.

“I like working with her because she is very dedicated. She is willing to give something good and as action director, we want actors who are ready to give themselves fully for the action sequences," Ben had said.
