Here's Vadivelu grooving for Appatha from Naai Sekar Returns

The first single from Naai Sekar Returns, which marks Vadivelu's much-awaited comeback as a hero, is out now. Titled Appatha, the song is composed by Santhosh Narayanan and sung by Vadivelu.

With choreography by Vadivelu's long-time friend, actor-choreographer-filmmaker Prabhudheva, Appatha is a very different Vadivelu song. The quirky number has a terrific Vadivelu at the centre of things, and is clearly a fun experiment by both him and composer Santhosh. 

The Suraaj directorial, which has the filmmaker collaborating with Vadivelu for the fourth time in Naai Sekar Returns, features the actor as a detective.

Backed by Lyca Productions, Naai Sekar Returns also stars Redin Kingsley, Shivangi, and Lollu Sabha Maaran among others.

Meanwhile, apart from Naai Sekar Returns, Vadivelu also has Chandramukhi 2, Maamannan, and an untitled film with Vijay Sethupathi in various stages of production.
