Trailer of Yaanai out; Hari, Arun Vijay team up for a mammoth action entertainer

The film is set to release on June 17

The trailer of Arun Vijay's next, Yaanai, was unveiled by actor Sivakarthikeyan. The two-minute twenty-second long trailer begins on an emotional note and gradually enters the action territory Hari's films are best known for. Interestingly, barring one punchline delivered by Arun Vijay towards the end, the trailer has no dialogue, with background music by GV Prakash Kumar doing the heavy lifting.

The film's leading lady Priya Bhavani Shankar makes her presence felt despite limited screen time while Yogi Babu seems to essay a rather serious role, swerving from his usual antics.

KGF-fame Ramachandra Raju plays the villain in this film, which features several well-known actors such as Samuthirakani, Ammu Abirami, Radhika Sarathkumar, Aadukalam Jayapalan, Imman Annachi, RajeshBose Venkat, Sanjeev, and Pugazh in supporting roles.

The film has cinematography Gopinath, whose notable blue-tinted visuals give this commercial action entertainer a fresh touch. Anthony and Anl Arasu will be handling the editing and action departments, respectively.

The film is set to release on June 17.
