Chithha, the recently released Tamil film starring Siddharth in the lead role, is set to stream on November 28 on Disney+ Hotstar, the makers of the film announced on social media.

Directed by SU Arun Kumar, Chithha also stars Nimisha Sajayan and Anjali Nair, among others. The film is backed by Siddharth's home banner Etaki Entertainments.

The film is about the relationship between an uncle and his niece, as the story takes a sour turn when a pedophile is lurking in their neighbourhood.

Apart from Tamil, it has been released in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada and mostly opened to positive reception. The CE review of the film read, "A sensitive, powerful film that breaks conventional rules of heroism. This film about sexual abuse does a grand job of standing by its women and asking tough questions of its men."

The technical team of Chithha comprises music composer Dhibu Ninan Thomas, cinematographer Balaji Subramanyam and editor Suresh A Prasad.
