GV Prakash to score music for Sivakarthikeyan-Rajkumar Periasamy's SK 21

We had earlier reported that actor Sivakarthikeyan will be doing a film for Raaj Kamal Films International banner. The film is tentatively titled SK21. The makers on Wednesday took to social media to share an update that actor-composer GV Prakash will be scoring music for the film.

It is to be noted that SK21 will be the first time the musician will be working with Sivakarthikeyan.

The upcoming film will be helmed by Rajkumar Periasamy of Rangoon-fame. Sai Pallavi has been roped in to play the female lead. Costume designer Amritha Ram is also onboard. However, the details on the rest of the cast and crew are kept under wraps.

Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan who is on a social media break, is awaiting two releases this year, Ayalaan and Maaveeran. While the first film, is expected to be a science fiction, it is said to be heavy on visual effects. The film will hit the theatres for Diwali and is directed by Indru Netru Naalai fame Ravikumar. On the other hand, Maaveeran is helmed by Madonne Ashwin and release on August 11.
