The shooting of the much-awaited Indian 2 is progressing at a brisk pace and the makers have wrapped the Chennai schedule of the film well ahead of plan. The team will reportedly head to Los Angeles for the next schedule.
The film starring Kamal Haasan in the titular role is being directed by Shankar. Apart from Kamal, the film stars Bobby Simha, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kajal Aggarwal and late comedian Vivekh in important roles. Indian 2 is expected to begin right from the end of the first film and is once again said to have heavy social messages.
Apart from this film, Shankar is juggling his other film, Game Changer starring Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, Samuthirakani, Anjali and SJ Suryah in prominent roles. Notably, the story of the film has been penned by filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj.
