Sivakarthikeyan's Maaveeran censored 

The film will hit the theatres on July 14

We know that the much-awaited Sivakarthikeyan-Madonne Ashwin film, Maaveeran will hit the theatres on July 14. On Thursday, the makers announced that the film has been cleared of censor formalities and received a U/A certificate. 

The sophomore film of National Award-winning filmmaker Madonne, Maaveeran also stars Aditi Shankar, Saritha, Mysskin, Yogi Babu, and Sunil. The makers have recently released a trailer, which promises a quirky and fun-filled action film. Two songs from the film have already been out, and a third single will be released on Friday. 

Backed by Shanthi Talkies, the film will release in Telugu as Mahaveerudu. With cinematography by Vidhu Ayyanna, Maaveeran has music by Bharath Shankar and editing by Philomin Raj.
