Team Maamannan expresses gratitude to Vadivelu

While Maamannan is receiving positive responses and running successfully in the theatres, the film's team visited actor Vadivelu, who played the titular role, to honour him for his stellar performance. 

Sharing images from the visit, Udhayanidhi, who starred and produced Maamannan, wrote, "We met and expressed our love and gratitude to Annan Vadivelu, who made the film a record-breaking film that is admired by mankind for his realistic and excellent acting."

Maamannan also has Fahadh Faasil as the antagonist. The political social drama has music by AR Rahman. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Theni Eswar, editor RK Selva, and Action Choreographer Dhilip Subbarayan. It is to be noted that Maamannan is Udhayanidhi’s last film as an actor before he assigns himself to a full-fledged political career.
