Here's a fun promo update on Rajinikanth, Nelson's Jailer 

The film will hit the theatres on August 10

We know that actor Rajinikanth's Jailer will hit the theatres on August 10. The film, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, has Anirudh Ravichander composing the song. The makers have been giving vague hints about the release of the first single. Sun Pictures, the production house, released a promotional video on Sunday teasing the release date of the first single. The video suggests that the release date will be announced on July 3.

Jailer marks Nelson's fourth directorial and maiden collaboration with Rajinikanth. The film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures banner, with music by Anirudh Ravichander. Vijay Kartik Kannan is the cinematographer, with Nirmal as the editor.

Jailer will boast an ensemble star cast across industries, including Mohanlal, Sunil, Jackie Shroff, and Shivrajkumar. Besides this, the film will also feature Tamannaah, Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, and Vinayakan, among others. Previously, the makers had released a teaser of the film, which featured Rajinikanth playing a character named Muthuvel Pandian.
