Darbuka Siva to score music for Ashwin Kumar's next
The film will be directed by Arvindh Srinivasan who previously helmed Dejavu
We had earlier reported that actor Ashwin Kumar will be playing the lead role in filmmaker Arvindh Srinivasan's next directorial. While the title of the project is yet to be announced, the makers took to social media that noted composer Darbuka Siva will be scoring the music for the film.
The upcoming film will mark the sophomore project for Arvindh who previously helmed Dejavu starring Arulnithi in the lead role. In conversation with CE, Arvindh had earlier shared that this project will be a romantic thriller. "I have written the script in a way that it satisfies both the admirers of Ashwin and the ones who liked by debut Dejavu. I am confident that the film will promote both of us to the next league,” he had said.
The Ashwin-Arvindh film will be bankrolled by Puzgazhendhi Annamalai's Zhen Studios, in association with Arka Entertainments.
Meanwhile, Darbuka Siva last composed for his directorial debut Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee. On the other hand, Ashwin who became a household name after his appearance in Cooku With Comali reality cookery show, was last seen in Sembi alongside Kovai Sarala.
