Harish Kalyan contributes to CM's Flood Relief Fund

Actor Harish Kalyan has contributed a sum of rupees one lakh to the Chief Minister Public Relief Fund, as his part to aid the rescue and restoration measures the government has been taking post the Michaung cyclone. Previously actors Karthi and Suriya together donated ten lakh to carry out relief work in the flood-affected districts of Chennai, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, and Tiruvallur. The actors had also promised to offer assistance to those affected through their fan clubs.

Cyclone Michaung has worst affected most of the areas in and surrounding Chennai district. With the cyclone having crossed Tamilnadu, it is safe to say that the tough part is over. However, most of the people are suffering from heavy flooding and water logging in their neighbourhoods.

On the work front, Harish Kalyan's Parking, co-starring MS Bhaskar and Indhuja Ravichandran, was released last week and it gained favourable reviews from the critics.
