Dada director Ganesh K Babu turns producer

Director Ganesh K Babu, who made his directorial debut with the successful Kavin-starrer Dada this year, has turned a producer and will be backing the upcoming film titled Raven. The makers had recently conducted an inaugural ceremony.

The film stars debutant Ajay Karthi and was launched by producers Lalit Kumar and Kalaipuli S Thanu. Doubling up alongside being a producer, Ganesh will also be writing the script of the film. APV Maran serves as the co-producer. With music scored by Manu Ramesan, the technical crew consists of cinematographer Ravi Sakthi and Kathiresh Alagesan handling the edits.
Meanwhile, Ganesh’s Dada was one of the hits of this year. The film starred Kavin and Aparna Das in the lead roles. On the direction front, Ganesh has signed his next with Lyca Productions.
