Arjun Das on cloud nine after Anurag Kashyap's comments

Arjun Das, who was recently seen in Kamal Haasan-Lokesh Kanagaraj's blockbuster, Vikram, shared a selfie on his social media accounts. It was captioned, "Cos my little sister said a story wouldn't do. Might delete later."

While this just might be yet another photo shared on his account, what made it special was one of the comments under the photo. 

Ace director Anurag Kashyap slid into his comment section, and said, "You're a brilliant actor."

Sharing this on various social media platforms, Arjun Das, said, "When you receive a message from one of your all-time favourite directors. Thank you once again, Anurag Kashyap sir."

Considering Anurag recently went on a Lokesh Kanagaraj retrospective and enjoyed Kaithi and Vikram, one might assume that this compliment was told on the back of Arjun's work in these films. It is also noteworthy that Arjun recently worked on director Madhumitha's Hindi remake of the Malayalam cult film, Angamaly Diaries, which is often credited as one of Anurah's favourite films.
