The first look of Kishore from PS-1 Ponniyin Selvan has been revealed by the film's production house Madras Talkies. The actor plays Ravidhasan one of the prime antagonists of the novel. He is the bodyguard of Veerapandian and an ally of Parameswaran. 

Kishore is seen sporting long hair and beard in his first look from the film. 

Directed by Mani Ratnam, the upcoming epic period film features Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prabhu, R. Sarathkumar, Vikram Prabhu, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Rahman and R Parthiban. It is based on Kalki Krishnamurthy's 1995 novel, and adapted by Mani Ratnam, along with Elango Kumaravel and B Jeyamohan. It is produced under the Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions banner.

Ponniyin Selvan was shot by Ravi Varman, while AR Rahman composed the music. The technical crew also includes editor A Sreekar Prasad and production designer Thota Tharani.
