Pizza 3: The Mummy to hit screens this November

Ashwin Kakumanu's upcoming film, Pizza 3: The Mummy, the third instalment of the successful Pizza franchise went on floors in early 2021. The film, which marks the debut of filmmaker Mohan Govind, is set to finally hit the screens this November. 

Backed by CV Kumar's Thirukumaran Entertainment, Pizza 3 also stars Kaali Venkat, Raveena Daha, Pavithrah Marimuthu, and Gaurav Narayanan. 

With music by Arun Raj, Pizza 3 will have cinematography by Prabhu Raghav, and editing by Ignatious Aswin.

Incidentally, all three instalments of the Pizza franchise was helmed by a debutant filmmaker. While the first film, Pizza, launched the career of Karthik Subbaraj, Pizza 2: The Villa was directed by debutant Deepan Chakravarthy.
