Lokesh Kanagaraj in awe of Kamal Haasan-Rajinikanth friendship

Ahead of Vikram release, Lokesh and Kamal visited Rajinikanth at his residence

The Lokesh Kanagaraj-Kamal Haasan film Vikram is gearing up to hit screens on June 3. Ahead of the film's release, Lokesh and Kamal visited Rajinikanth at his residence. The former has shared photos from their meeting on his social media handle. In his tweet, the young filmmaker expressed his admiration for the friendship of the two superstars.

Produced by Kamal Haasan's own banner, Raaj Kamal Films International, Vikram is releasing amidst high expectations. The makers are currently on a promotinal spree. After touring cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Kochi, Kamal reached Malayasia today for the film's promotions.

Vikram, billed as an action-thriller, also stars Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi in prominent roles. Suriya is also playing a cameo role in the film. Others in the cast include Narain, Kalidas Jayaram, Gayathrie Shankar, Chemban Vinod Jose and Santhana Bharathi among others.

Shot originally in Tamil, Vikram is also set to be released in Telugu and Hindi.
