Kamal Haasan has danced to the number Pathala Pathala in his upcoming film Vikram, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The news was confirmed by a poster released by the makers today, featuring Kamal dancing along with a bunch of dancers.

The fact that Kamal has donned the dancing shoes after the gap of seven years has got the audience excited. His last onscreen dance number was "Loveaa Loveaa?" from Uthama Villain

Netizons are comparing his look in Pathala Pathala to his famous Kalakka Povadhuu Yaaru from Vasool Raja MBBS. The song composed by Anirudh Ravichander, is penned and sung by Kamal himself.

Vikram, co-written by Lokesh Kanagaraj and Rathna Kumar, also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in prominent roles. Narain, Kalidas Jayaram, Shivani Narayanan, Hareesh Peradi, and Gayathrie Shankar are also part of the cast.

The film, billed as a big-scale actioner, has cinematography by Girish Gangadharan and stunt choreography by Anbariv.

Kamal's own production house Raaj Kamal International is producing the film, which is slated for theatrical release on June 3.
