The shooting of Karthick Naren's Nirangal Moondru has been wrapped up. One of the film's lead actors, Rahman took to Twitter to share the news with fans. Rahaman said Nirangal Moondru is the most ambitious project of Karthick Naren.

He wrote, "Nirangal Moondru shooting wrapped! This movie is supposed to be Karthik’s most ambitious one. My Manager Ajay Kumar met Karthick Naren and expressed gratitude."

Apart from Rahman, the film also stars Atharavaa Murali and Sarathkumar in lead roles. The shooting began in January and has been wrapped up in three months.

Earlier, in a chat with CE, Karthick said that Nirangal Moondru is a hyperlink thriller. He said, "It's a hyperlink thriller and the title denotes the three shades we have as humans: black, white, and grey. That's the concept of the film, and the number three will play an instrumental role in the screenplay as well. The film is packed with several interesting elements, but I don't want to reveal them now."

Nirangal Moondru will have music by Jakes Bejoy composing and Tijo Tomy serving as the director of photography. K Karunamoorthy of Ayngaran International is producing the film.

Meanwhile, Karthick's Maran, starring Dhanush, has received underwhelming reviews. The film premiered and currently streaming on Disney+Hotstar.
