Silambarasan TR's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu to release on this date

Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, the upcoming Tamil film, starring actor Silambarasan TR in the lead role, is set to release on September 15 this year, the makers announced on social media on Tuesday.

The announcement was released along with one-minute video showing a glimpse of the film, introducing the actor. The film is bankrolled by Ishari K Ganesh under Vels Film International banner.

Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon and written by Jeyamohan. The film’s music is scored by AR Rahman. It is to be noted that the upcoming film is the second collaboration of the director, composer and actor, after the hit 2010 romantic drama Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa.

The film’s technical crew consists of Siddhartha Nuni as the cinematographer, with editing by Anthony. Siddhi Idnani is the female lead and Raadhika Sarathkumar, Siddique, and Aangelina Abraham are also part of the cast.

Meanwhile, Silambarasan, who was last seen in Maanaadu, will be seen in Pathu Thala, and Corona Kumar.
