1000 feet banner for Simbu in Madurai

Silambarasan TR's fans in Madurai have assembled a 1000 feet long banner ahead of the release of Maha, in which the actor plays an extended cameo role. Fans are claiming it to be the longest banner for a Tamil actor ever.

Maha, which has Hansika in the titular role, is scheduled to hit screens on July 22. Directed by UR Jameel, the film revolves around a mother who is willing to take on any challenges to be with her daughter. Simbu plays the role of Hansika's husband in the film. Srikanth is also there in a pivotal role of a cop.

Simbu, who was last seen in Maanaadu, has Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu next lined up for release on September 15. The actor also has Pathu Thala slated to hit screens on December 14.
