Selvaraghavan tests positive for Covid

Director Selvaraghavan announced on Sunday, January 23 that he tested positive for Covid 19. The director who has turned actor in upcoming film Saani Kaayidham took to Instagram stories to release a statement.

In addition to confirming that he tested positive, he also requested those who were in contact with him recently to get their tests done. He also urged his followers to stay vigilant, mask up and stay safe. 

Selvaraghavan’s wife Gitanjali recently confirmed that she too had been tested positive for Covid. She had shared a witty update on Instagram to inform her fans. 

On the work front, Selvaraghavan is looking forward to the release of Saani Kaayidham directed by Rocky fame Arun Matheswaran. Recent speculations suggest that the film may release on OTT platform Amazon. He is also appeared as an actor in Vijay-starrer Beast directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. He is also directing his brother Dhanush in an action thriller Naane Varuven.
