Kamal Haasan to produce Sivakarthikeyan's next

As widely speculated earlier, Kamal Haasan is all set to collaborate with Sivakarthikeyan for a project. Kamal will produce a film with the latter as the lead. The project has Rajkumar Periasamy (of Rangoon-fame) attached as the writer and director.

Both Kamal and Sivakarthikeyan announced the news on their Twitter handles.

Though the details about the plot are kept under wraps, the announcement poster has pushed netizens to speculate that the film will either be a period drama or a superhero vehicle.

The yet-untitled film is produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, Sony Pictures Films India, and R Mahendran.
