Maaran motion poster out: First glimpse of Dhanush’s action avatar is here

On the occasion of Pongal, Disney+ Hotstar released the first look motion poster of Dhanush-starrer Maaran. It reveals Dhanush’s look in the action-thriller with an electric background score that promises more. 

The poster in itself reveals a scene of mayhem where multiple men are strewn across the staircase of a dilapidated, still in cons¯truction building. In the end comes Dhanush, who is seen holding a sharp razor, dripping blood. The poster also includes various elements like a chess board, teasing a thrill for the audience.

The film stars Malavika Mohanan opposite Dhanush. Maaran, directed by Karthick Naren, is one of the most anticipated release by Dhanush fans. The film will directly land on the OTT platform, but the release date is yet to be confirmed. Bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films, Maaran has music composed by GV Prakash. Master Mahendran, Samuthirakani, Smruthi Venkat, and Krishnakumar will play pivotal roles in the film.
