Prabhudheva's Theal to hit screens for Pongal

The film has Samyuktha Hegde playing the female lead

Prabhudheva's long-delayed film Theal will finally hit screens for Pongal on January 14. The news comes just as the film was cleared Censor with a U/A certificate.

Directed by Harikumar, Theal has Samyuktha Hegde playing the female lead, with Yogi Babu and Easwari Rao playing pivotal roles.

The film, which has been in the pipeline for quite some time, was slated to hit screens on December 10. However, the release was postponed due to unforeseen situations.

Produced by Studio Green, Theal has music by C Sathya and cinematography by Vignesh Vasu. The film has been edited by National Award-winner KL Praveen, who recently won a lot of praise for his work in Maanaadu.

Prabhudheva, who was last seen in Pon Manickavel, also has Poikkal KuthiraiBagheera, My Dead Bootham in different stages of production. He will also be seen in an untitled action film with debutant director Sam Rodrigues.
