Vishnu Vishal tests positive for Covid-19

More celebrities from the Tamil film industry continue to get infected with Covid-19. Actor Vishnu Vishal is the latest to test positive.

The FIR actor took to his Twitter handle to share about his current health condition. In his tweet, he complained of severe body pain, nose block, itchy throat, and mild fever. He also urged everyone who came in contact with him in the past week to get tested.

Recently, actors Arun Vijay, Trisha, Vadivelu, Meena, Sathyaraj, and director Priyadarshan had also tested positive for Covid.

The third wave of Covid has worsened over the last couple of weeks with thousands of new cases reported across the country. The entertainment industry has also been severely hit. Theatres are back to functioning with 50% audience in most states, which has resulted in the postponing of many big films like RRR, Radhe Shyam, and Valimai.
