Vignesh Shivan excited on directing MS Dhoni

Vignesh Shivan, a self-confessed fan of MS Dhoni, has got the opportunity to meet his icon and direct him. The excited filmmaker took to his social media handle to share a photo taken with MS Dhoni. Along with that, he has written,

"A caption can't explain how I felt when I met my role model! My icon ! My hero! A nice story of me meeting him, getting to say 'action' and directing him coming up soon."

"This moment made me feel life is beautiful. Thanking the universe for making this happen!"

Though it is yet to be confirmed, it is said that Vignesh Shivan has directed MS Dhoni in a promo video for the IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings.

Meanwhile, Vignesh Shivan's new film 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal', is set to release on April 28. The film stars Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha, and Nayanthara as the leads.
