Happy Birthday Silambarasan: Actor unveiled video of his weight loss transformation

Silambarasan went through a massive body transformation ahead of Eeswaran, which impressed people across Tamil Nadu. As he is basking in the success of his latest film, Maanaadu, Simbu has unveiled a video of his weight loss journey. Titled The Journey of ATMAN, the video gives a glimpse into the months-long journey of the actor in losing enormous weight. 

The actor shared the video and captioned it, "Hope this journey of mine inspires countless more. God bless."

As part of the regime, the actor has learnt Kalaripayattu and Silambattam. He has also learnt Bharathanatyam from Malayalam-Tamil actor Sharanya Mohan. The actor is also seen breaking down in one instance. 

Simbu also took a dig at people who said that he has opted for surgeries for his body transformation. 

Simbu will next be seen in the long-delayed film Pathu Thala, directed by Obeli N Krishna. It also stars Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar. Simbu is also part of Gautham Vasudev Menon's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu.
