Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal to release in April in theatres, teaser to be out on February 11

The teaser of Vignesh Shivan's upcoming film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal will be released on February 11. The director also announced that the film will release in April in theatres.

Vignesh announced the news on his Twitter platform.

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is headlined by Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha. The film marks the second collaboration between Vijay Sethupathi and director Vignesh Shivan. The duo had collaborated for the 2015 comedy, Naanum Rowdy Thaan, which also starred Nayanthara.

Plot details of the film are unavailable. In the film, Vijay Sethupathi plays a character named Rambo, while Samantha and Nayanthara play characters named Khatija and Kanmani, respectively, in the film.

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The film has Vijay Kartik Kannan of Doctor-fame and SR Kathir ISC serving as the cinematographers. Sreekar Prasad serves as the editor.

 The film is produced by Lalit Kumar and Rowdy Pictures.
