Anirudh’s concert to stream on Disney+Hotstar 

This will be the composer’s first-ever concert in Tamil Nadu

Composer/singer Anirudh has announced on Twitter that his upcoming live concert will be streamed on Disney+Hotstar. The announcement was made with a poster with the promotional hashtag: RockstaronHotstar. This will be the composer’s first-ever concert in Tamil Nadu. He had earlier performed in other countries including Malaysia and Dubai. 

He had just crossed a milestone, having composed his 25th film with Vignesh Shivan’s  Kaathuvakula Rendu Kadhal, which starred Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha in the lead. He made his debut with Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s directorial debut 3, the film starred Dhanush in the lead. 

The concert is titled Once Upon A Time Tour, which is a reference to the theme music of his latest release, Vikram. He made an official announcement with a Tweet that said “After 10 years, the day we’ve been waiting for is finally here! It's gonna be the biggest ever. Namma Chennai & Coimbatore, Sep & Oct 2022, here we come”

The concert is also set to premiere on Vijay TV. Details regarding the premiere date of the streaming are yet to be disclosed by the organisers.
