The trailer of Natchathiram Nagargiradhu will release on Friday, the makers announced on social media.

The film will release in theatres on August 31.

It is directed by Pa Ranjith and is expected to be the director's comeback to romance genre since his directorial debut Attakathi (2012). The upcoming film will be set against a theatre backdrop and will explore queer to heterosexual relationships.

Natchathiram Nagargiradhu stars Kalaiyarasan, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, Hari Krishnan, Vinoth, Subathra Robert and Shabeer Kallarakkal, among others. It has cinematography by Kishor Kumar and editing by Selva RK. Tenma has composed the music and the makers have released a single, Rangarattinam, recently.
