An update on Natchathiram Nagargiradhu to come today
The upcoming film is Ranjith’s comeback to romance genre, since his debut film Attakathi (2012)
Director Pa Ranjith, whose short from the anthology Victim, Who’s Next, will get released on Friday, is currently working on his upcoming feature film Natchathiram Nagargiradhu. While the first look posters and glimpse of the characters has grabbed the attention of many, a new update about the film is expected to come at 6 pm on Thursday.
The upcoming film is Ranjith’s comeback to romance genre, since his debut film Attakathi (2012). However, the upcoming film will be set against a theatre backdrop and explore queer to heterosexual relationships.

The film, starring Kalaiyarasan, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, Hari Krishnan, Vinoth, Subathra Robert and Shabeer Kallarakkal, among others.
Natchathiram Nagargiradhu has music by Tenma, cinematography by Kishor Kumar and editing by Selva RK. It is backed by Vignesh Sundaresan, Manoj Leonel Jahson and Pa Ranjith.
