The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Gopinath, art director Umesh J Kumar, music composer Dinesh, and editor Sudarsan. Thambi Ramaiah’s son Umapathy is co-directing the film.

Speaking about directing this film, Thambi Ramaiah says, “Since this movie is laced with lots of emotional love and is based on the biographical story of a man, I felt that directing it would be the right decision, and hence decided to make my directorial comeback. Meanwhile, Raja Kili will mark Thambi Ramaiah's comeback as a director. He previously directed Manu Needhi (2000), Indiralohathil Na Azhagappan (2008) and Maniyaar Kudumban (2018).
