Lokesh Kanagaraj announces social media sabbatical

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram, starring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, and Suriya, continues to break box-office records and is receiving a tremendous response after the OTT debut too.

Even as social media is abuzz with positive responses to the film, Lokesh took to his various social media accounts to announce that he is taking a sabbatical from these digital platforms.

In a note, Lokesh wrote, "Hey guys, I'm taking a small break from all social media platforms... I'll be back soon with my next film's announcement. Till then do take care all of you. With love, Lokesh Kanagaraj."

Meanwhile, there are speculations that Lokesh will be reuniting with Vijay after Master in Thalapathy 67, and fans are expecting this announcement to be the one that brings Lokesh back on social media.
