Vasanth's Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum heads to SonyLIV

Vasanth S Sai's Tamil film, Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum, which was screened at several national and international film festivals is gearing up for a release. In a conversation with Cinema Express, Vasanth revealed that the film will be premiering on SonyLIV in September.

Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum features Parvathy Thiruvothu, Kalieswari Srinivasan, Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, Karunakaran, and Sunder Ramu, among others, in prominent roles.

The film was screened at multiple film festivals, including Atlanta Indian Film Festival, New York Indian Film Festival, Goteborg Sweden International Film Festival, Tiburon International Film Festival, and Mumbai International Film Festival, to name a few. It also won the Best Asian Film award at the 11th Bangalore International Film Festival in 2019.

In addition to directing the film, Vasanth has also produced it through Sree Chithra Talkies. Meanwhile, the filmmaker's latest work, a segment titled Payasam from the Netflix anthology Navarasa, has been met with positive critical reception.
