The shooting of Vishal's forthcoming project, tentatively called Vishal 31, commenced today.
The film is directed by Thu Pa Sarvanan, who earlier directed the short film, Edhu Thevaiyo Adhuvey Dharmam, starring Sheela Rajkumar. Vishal 31 marks Saravan's feature debut.
Devi 2-fame Dimple Hayati, who is currently acting in the Telugu film Khiladi alongside Ravi Teja, will be playing the female lead in Vishal 31. The film will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Balasubramaniem.
Vishal currently has two more films in his upcoming slate of releases - Thupparivalan 2, which he is also directing after filmmaker Mysskin walked out of the project, and Enemy, directed by Anand Shankar, which also features Arya.
