Ahan Shetty, Suniel Shetty's son, has wrapped up the shoot of his debut Bollywood film, Tadap. The film is now slated for release on September 24.

Ahan took to Instagram to share the news with fans. "It's a wrap on my first film! Going to hold on to these memories forever. Thank you to the whole team of Tadap and everyone who pushed me in ways I didn't know I could. Sajid Nadiadwala's Tadap in cinemas near you on September 24th," he wrote.

The official Twitter account of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, producers of the film, also tweeted about the film's completion and release date.

Tadap is the Hindi remake of the 2018 Telugu hit RX 100. The film is directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It features Tara Sutaria as the female lead. Aside from Ahan and Tara, Tadap also stars Sikandar Kher and Swati Kapoor. Suniel Shetty reportedly essays Ahan’s father in the film.

RX 100 was directed by Ajay Bhupathi and starred Kartikeya Gummakonda and Payal Rajput in the lead roles. It is also being remade in Kannada as Shiva 143, starring Dheeren Ramkumar.

Milan Luthria has directed films like Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai and Dirty Picture. His last release was Baadshaho in 2017.
