Shilpa Shetty Kundra: Remixed Chura Ke Dil Mera is more GEN Z

Shilpa Shetty Kundra feels the remixed version of Chura Ke Dil Mera has a more Gen-Z feel to it. 

The iconic 1994 song has been retooled for Hungama 2. Directed by Priyadarshan, the new film stars Meezaan Jafferi, Paresh Rawal, Pranitha Subhash, and others. Shilpa essays the role of Rawal's onscreen wife. 

Talking about Chura Ke Dil Mera 2.0, Shilpa says, "I think the soul is still intact. What has changed is we tried to make it more GEN Z and the melody hasn’t changed, thankfully. The choreography yes to a certain extent still keeping the hoop move intact. The rest is really to be left to the audience's discretion and they have to ultimately like the song. "

Hungama 2 premieres on July 23 on Disney+ Hotstar.
