Announcements circulated earlier this year about Tom Cruise’s new space movie, for which the actor allegedly acquired a 200-million-dollar deal from Universal Studios.

The massive production headlined by Cruise and directed by Doug Liman, in collaboration with Elon Musk’s SpaceX and NASA, was confirmed when Space Shuttle Almanac revealed the details of the International Space Station and other National Crew Manifest for 2020-2023.

Commander Michael Lopez-Algeria who has three decades of aviation experience and two NASA records for space-walks will fly the Crew Dragon tourist mission in October 2021.

Excitement mounted over Cruise’s revolutionary untitled space film that is expected to be a charged sci-fi action film.

Meanwhile, Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick, the sequel to his 1986 adventure drama, was expected to be released this summer. The release is now delayed due to the pandemic.
