Meena signs Quotation Gang

Actor Meena, who was last seen in Saakshyam (2018), has been signed to play a pivotal role in the multilingual gangster film, Quotation Gang. Inspired by Hussain Zaidi's book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai, and based on the stories of an infamous gang of killers and smugglers from Kerala, the film will go on floors by the end of this year.

"Meena will be seen in a powerful yet crucial role in the film. She has signed on the dotted line and is excited to begin the shooting," informs a source.

Directed by Vivek, Quotation Gang also has Priyamani essaying the role of a contract killer, and Vishno Warrier, Akshaya, and Dhanya in supporting roles. Produced by Gayatri Suresh, Quotation Gang will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Up next, Meena will also be seen opposite Mohanlal in Drishyam 2, a sequel to their 2013 super hit Malayalam thriller of the same name.
