Earlier, Krishna, the face of Sugar Factory, revealed that the title of the film is inspired by a pub in the film and that Deepak Aras has come up with a unique comedy script.

Sugar Factory is produced by Girish R under the banner Balamani Productions. Deepak Aras has written the story of the film, while the dialogues are penned by filmmaker Chethan Kumar.

The film will go on floors in January and will be shot in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Goa, and a few foreign locations.

The team is currently on the hunt for the other two heroines and the rest of the cast members. Kabir Rafi and Santhosh Rai Pathaje will handle the music and cinematography, respectively.
