Mohanlal's performance in Sadayam blew me away: Harish Uthaman 

Like many of us, Mayaanadhi actor Harish Uthaman finds it difficult to pick one or two favourites from Mohanlal’s filmography.

On the occasion of Mohanlal's 60th birthday, Harish, who wasn’t much into cinema in his early days, tells Cinema Express that he has been discovering a lot of films lately, one of which is Mohanlal’s Sadayam.

“It was unbelievable,” he says. “I was completely blown away by his performance in it. I imagined myself in that role and asked if I would be able to do something like that.”

Another Mohanlal film that comes to him, off the top of his head, is Spadikam. “It has that thrill factor and commercial appeal. I wish to do roles like that. I think most actors would.”

Harish came close to working with Mohanlal in Pulimurugan, but the Kaithi actor couldn’t commit to it due to scheduling issues. He hopes to work with him one day.
