Sophie Turner asks people to stay inside: Don't be stupid

Game Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner, in a live session on Instagram along with her husband Joe Jonas, asked people to stay indoors to fight coronavirus, which is creating havoc across the world. 

She said, "Stay inside, don’t be f***ing stupid, even if you count your freedom over... I don’t know, what is it... your health." 

The actress was also taking a dig at Canadian actress Evangeline Lilly, who recently posted a controversial post against self-quarantine. Sharing a picture on social media, Lilly wrote, "Just dropped my kids off at gymnastics camp. They all washed their hands before going in. They are playing and laughing. #businessasusual."

This received severe backlash on social media. However, The Antman and The Wasp actress went onto say, "I have two young kids. Some people value their lives over freedom, some people value freedom over their lives. We all make our choices. With love and respect."

Lilly also called Covid-19 as just another respiratory flu. She added, "Where we are right now feels a lot too close to Marshall Law for my comfort already, all in the name of a respiratory flu,” she wrote in response to a comment. ‘It’s unnerving…Let’s be vigilant right now. And kind. Watchful and gracious––keeping a close eye on our leaders, making sure they don’t abuse this moment to steal away more freedoms and grab more power.”

Many called Lilly's actions as 'selfish' and 'irresponsible'. In the comments section, the actress was asked to be safe and take the issue seriously. 

Coronavirus infection rate is on the rise across the world and the number of victims of this highly contagious virus is also increasing with every passing day.
