Dil Bechara song Taare Ginn: Sushant, Sanjana head out for prom

After the title track, a new video song from Sushant Singh Rajput’s Dil Bechara is out. Titled Taare Ginn, it sees Sushant and Sanjana heading out for prom. Joining them on the date is her oxygen tank.
Taare Ginn is composed by AR Rahman and voiced by Mohit Chauhan and Shreya Ghoshal. The lyrics are by Amitabh Bhattacharyya. The romantic number features a string section by the Macedonian Symphonic Orchestra.
Directed by Mukesh Chhabra, Dil Bechara is an adaptation of The Fault in Our Stars. It follows the story of two cancer patients who meet and fall in love.
Speaking about Taare Ginn, Mukesh shared, “You can’t make a love story without a love song. Music is an important part of a love story and I have kept this song’s picturisation very simple. Shot as part of a college prom evening, we didn't want to go overboard with the ambience and wanted to keep it real. Real but beautiful."
Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide in June. He was 34. Dil Bechara is slated for release on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24.
