Fahaad Faasil to play the villain in Kamal Haasan’s Vikram?

We had earlier reported that Kamal Haasan would be teaming up with director Lokesh Kanagaraj for an upcoming film titled Vikram. However, now speculation is rife that Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil has been approached to play the villain in the film. An official confirmation is awaited. 

Fahadh Faasil earlier played the villain in Sivakarthikeyan’s Velaikaaran, and was also part of Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s ensemble film Super Deluxe. 

Notably, Kamal Haasan earlier played a special agent in the 1986 film Vikram, which was also his first production under the Raaj Kamal Films International banner. Vikram (2020) will have music by Anirudh Ravichander, with cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan and edits by Philomin Raj.

Lokesh is currently awaiting the release of Master, his film with Vijay. Kamal Haasan, on the other hand, is hosting Bigg Boss Tamil.
