Nikki Galrani tests positive for COVID-19

Nikki Galrani revealed on Instagram that she has tested positive for coronavirus. However, she has only developed mild symptoms like fever, loss of smell and taste, and bad throat. 

According to her Instagram post, she tested positive last week. In the statement, she said, "Considering my age and lack of pre-existing medical condition, I know that I will get through this. But it scares me when I think of my parents, elders, friends, and everyone who could be much more affected by this disease." 

She requested everyone to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. The actor also thanked the Tamil Nadu government and the Chennai corporation for their support. 

Nikki Galrani has worked in all the major South Indian film industries. She made her debut in Tamil with Darling and went on to act in films like Velainu Vandhuta Vellaikaran and Maragadha Naanayam. She was last seen in Jiiva's Kee.
