NTR, Ram Charan start dubbing for SS Rajamouli's RRR - Roudram Ranam Rudhiram

Actors Jr NTR and Ram Charan have been making the best use of this lockdown phase. According to a well-placed source, both the stars, who are in self-quarantine, have started dubbing for their upcoming period action drama, RRR (Roudram Ranam Rudhiram). Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film presents NTR and Charan as the younger versions of the Telugu States' revolutionary freedom fighters, Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharama Raju, respectively.

"NTR and Charan have converted the mini-theatres at their residences into dubbing studios and have begun dubbing their lines for RRR. Rajamouli, along with his direction team and lyric writer Madhan Karky, has been supervising the recording from his home through a video call," says a source.

The shooting of the film has been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.

A few days ago, producer DVV Danayya has informed Cinema Express that only 25 per cent of the film is left to shoot and it will be completed after everything gets back to normal in a specially-constructed set in Hyderabad.

Also starring Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, and Alison Doody, RRR is slated for release on January 8, 2021.
