Prabhas 20 producers respond to trolls

As the world continues to fight collectively against the COVID-19 pandemic, several Telugu filmmakers are doing their bit to keep cinema fans in good spirits by sharing the first look posters and teasers of their respective films on social media. 

Fans of Prabhas, on Monday night, trolled UV Creations, the production house of the actor's upcoming project, Prabhas 20, for not providing an update on the film's progress. 

The hashtags #BanUVCreations and #RIPUVCreations started trending on Twitter in no time.

In response, UV Creations took to Twitter today to restate the importance of staying indoors as the coronavirus outbreak continues to delay film production, releases and other activities across the country. They also promised exciting updates soon after the lockdown ends.

"We are amidst a global pandemic and many lives are at stake due to the current situation. Owing to this, we have paused all our activities. After all this is over, we promise to come up with many more updates. We urge everyone to stay home and stay safe!" tweeted UV Creations' official handle.

Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar,  the shoot of Prabhas 20, also starring Pooja Hegde, was recently suspended during its Georgia schedule amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
