Vijayashanti's first look from Sarileru Neekevvaru released

Vijayashanti, who has took a break from acting due to her political commitments, has returned to the silver screen to play a prominent role in Mahesh Babu-starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru. 

On the eve of Diwali, the filmmakers have released her first look poster as Bharathi and it has caught the attention of the audience and the critics alike.

Word is that Vijayashanti will be seen as a professor in the film. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film is nearing completion. The next schedule will commence in Kerala in the first week of November.

Sarileru Neekevvaru, also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Satyadev, Rao Ramesh, Sathya and Brahmaji, is locking horns with Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikuntapuramlo on January 12. The film presents Mahesh Babu in the role of an Army officer named Major Ajay Krishna.
